    1840's 1/6th Plate-Daughter @ Mother-Full Case- Strong Original Spine-Nice!!! Daughter has hand tinted gold necklace and ring. Daguerreotype photo does have a 'bubbling' effect on the plate. Still clear with no scratches or wipes. Case is very well preserved. Red silk pad is in excellent condition. Brass mat does have some discoloration on the left side. I have never removed the daguerreotype from the case. Overall nice daguerreotype. Shipped Priority Mail in a strong, sturdy box with the utmost care taken in packaging.
