    15 lovely USED/Never Hinged 1 Shilling Postage due stamps.
    Domestically, this item will be shipped in a glassine envelope inside a hard plastic sleeve. Internationally (to keep shipping cost down), it will be shipped in a flapped glassine envelope only, unless priority shipping is requested.
    SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA:
    I will ship worldwide but ONLY on the condition that I WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON "lost" ITEMS
    . If the buyer requests priority mailing with tracking or registration, I will provide it, but the buyer MUST pay the extra postage.
