Today we have for sell a spectacular French gilt vermeil sterling silver teapot made by Andre Aucoc. With exceptional rare reliefs and art noveau elements. Rarely is a piece of these characteristics found and in this incredible state of conservation. It was completely restored without altering any of its original forms.

André Aucoc
(1856-1911): is a French jeweler, jeweler and silversmith 1887/1911. Hallmark: Two letters to Louis XVI separated by a spearhead surmounted by a rooster. Brother of Louis Aucoc of the house Aucoc founded in 1821. André Aucoc receives a gold medal at the Universal Exhibition in 1889 then a grand prize at the Universal Exhibition in 1901. Excellent condition, no initials or monograms. Some small marks on the surface according with age. The teapot was overhauled, polished and finally with a new vermeil gilt bath.
