Very elegant Regency period tea service in solid silver and vermeil. It is stamped with the guarantee hallmarks of the City of London for the year 1814 and a master goldsmith that is difficult to read. The lid of the teapot is engraved with a heraldic engraving and the interiors of the sugar bowl and the creamer are covered with a thick vermeil. The set weighs 740 grams.
