    Description

    Up for auction is this fine antique Chinese carved red cinnabar lacquer round trinket box with vine scroll floral detail and a carved button on top with Shou longevity character in the center of it and possibly two bats on the sides.
    Interior is black lacquered and base also has a cinnabar lacquer surface.
    I believe it is a late 19th / early 20th C piece.
    Comes from a high end estate and one of many wonderful Chinese cinnabar carved arts available this week!
    Measures 2.375” inches in diameter and 1.25“inches tall (6 cm, 3.2 cm).
    Would make a fantastic display piece and box to use, fine addition to a collection, or a great gift!
