Up for auction is this antique Qing Dynasty Chinese carved wooden red lacquered trunk / wedding gift box with copper metal clasp and two side handles.
We see remnants of flower blossom decoration on the outer sides.
Wonderful old piece in great overall condition. Was part of an estate collection of beautiful Chinese antiques.
Measures 15” inches long, 8.5” inches wide and 5.8” inches high (38.1 cm, 21.6 cm, 14.7 cm).
Would make a fantastic display piece, fine addition to a collection, or a great gift!
