A handsome solid silver coffee pot, dating to London 1754.
The plain, baluster
body in typically unadorned George II style.
With curved spout opposite a carved wooden handle.
Acorn finial on a hinged dome lid, standing on a spreading circular foot.
Hallmarked for Sleath & Crump, London 1754.
A fine potwith unusual styling.
Condition
In good antique condition with just expected wear.
With minor dings, surface wear and scratches throughout.
Interior is discoloured through use.
Maker's mark to body and lid are partially rubbed.
