Antique Machinist Chest with Drawer & 3 Removable Compartments Nice Iron Handles

Here is a very nice antique wooden tool chest.  The piece is solid, has wear you'd associate with a tool box that was actually used vs one for display - dings, nicks, finish wear and paint spots.  The sides have very attractive iron handles and the loops that the latch fits over extend far enough out that you could attach a padlock if desired.
The chest is a nice size; great for display but is not one of those big monsters that it's hard to find a space for - approx. 23" x 14" x 11" tall. See photos with ruler for dimensions. Unboxed weight is about 26 1/2 lbs.
I believe this was a machinist chest based on the design - shallow drawer on the bottom, 3 removable compartments - 2 are felt lined, some wear/minor damage to unlined drawer but it is still whole. Felt lining on the other 2 drawers has gotten worn and ideally it would be nice to remove/replace it. Also the charts attached to the inside of the lid look like something a machinist might find useful.
This chest is a great piece as it is - if you wanted to take the time to clean up the finish or even refinish/repaint it, it could look even nicer
