Antique Porcelain ~ 10" Lacquered Hardwood Box ~ Hand Painted ~ w/ Gold Fill

Description

The large porcelain on the box is an antique from Ching Dynasty.  The box was made at a later time ~ 50s-60s.
The base is hardwood with coats of natural lacquer (from the Lac tree), hand painted and then gold filled incised outline.  The top was hand carved to inlay the large piece of Ching porcelain.
The box is in good condition.  Very minor fleabites which is very normal in these type of boxes.  Left the original shipping label.
The Antique Porcelain box measures 9-7/8" long, 6-1/4" wide, and approx. 3-1/2" high.

To
the best of my ability, the pictures clearly reveal the item and the condition is stated in auction.
The natural patina of age cannot be avoided.
