Antique silver plated tea/coffee pot from England

Description

This is a silver plated antique tea/coffee pot from the UK.  Please study photos
carefully as the pot has some dents and bears the initial "S" on either side.   The
bottom is stamped (also dented but the pot is stable and does not wobble).  It is
a well made sturdy pot and is being sold "as is" with dents.  It is most likely from
the period 1850 - 1890.  The hinged lid operates smoothly and is sturdily attached.
Approximate weight 1-1/4 lbs  (about 565 grams)
Height is approx. 6-1/2 inches; width is 9 inches from handle to spout;
depth is almost 4 inches approx.
