Description

This auction is for a Lot of 7 Bailey, Banks & Biddle Co. Sterling Silver Tea Coffee Service Set in Excellent Condition.  American (Philadelphia), late 19th Century-Early 20th Century.  Set consists of: Tea & Coffee Pot, Hot Water Kettle w/Stand & Removable Burner, Creamer, Lidded Sugar and Waste Bowl.  Each are decorated with bands of foliate chasing and rising on a domed foot and square base.  Each piece is Monogrammed and marked.  Total weight is 2905 grams, there are NO weighted pieces.   All are marked on reverse "STERLING Bailey, Banks & Biddle Co".  Hot Water Kettle is on a tilting stand w/Removable Burner.  ALL pieces have been polished prior to taking pictures, so ready to use or display.  All are in Excellent Condition having NO deep scratches or dents.  All lids work perfectly and are in Original aligned position.  All lids are attached to each pot except for the sugar lid which can be removed from sugar bowl.  Great lot to add to our collection.  Take a look at my auction site, since I am currently listing other Sterling Silver pieces.
