This is a brand new CEM DT-9881
certified digital 4 in 1 Particle Counter with Color TFT LCD display from Ruby Electronics.  This instrument allows the capture of images (JPEG) and videos (3GP) onto a microSD card (up to 8GB, not included) which can be viewed on your PC at a later time.
DT-9881 detects HCHO and CO concentration in addition to the count of air particles varies from 0.3 to 10 um in size.  It also measures air temperature, dewpoint temperature and relative humidity.
The measurement results can be recorded onto the microSD card (up to 8GB, not included) which can be transferred onto a PC for final analysis.
