Material(s): Cinnabar Lacquer, Enamel, Gilt Copper
Design Elements: Rectangular form carved cinnabar lacquer and enamel box with hinged lid. Lid is carved in high relief with the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests at the Temple of Heaven. Edges of lid and sides of box are carved with key fret and floral designs. Interior and underside of box is coated in blue enamel. Edges of box and four ball feet of gilt copper.

Height: 5.4 cm (2.1 in)
CONDITION: Tiny 2mm loss of lacquer at back corner next to hinge. Small 8mm chip to blue enamel inside box in back right corner just below hinge. A few cracks in lacquer. Some wear to gilt.
