    Description

A three-piece set of Chinese export sterling silver tea or coffee service circa early 20th century. The service consists of a lidded tea or coffee pot, a creamer and a sugar bowl. The surface was beautifully decorated with chased high-relief dragons on a tightly hammered background. The handles were rendered surprisingly in simple plain band, in contrast with the high ornament on the body. There is a shield-shape cartouche on each piece, but there are no initials. The lid and the base are decorated with auspicious cloud pattern. The bases are all marked with two "ZeeSung Silver" and the silversmith's name "Baosheng".
