Chinese Lacquer Box with Ming or Ching Inlaid Tile.
Came with description inside, which reads:
"An antique porcelain box. The cover of this box is a piece of porcelain from an antique vase from the Ming or the Ching Dynasty (14th - 19th Century) of China. A lot of antique treasures were destroyed during the Cultural Revolution in the 1960s by the Red guards. To bring these treasures back to life, we have now crafted them into boxes that people can display and use. Each is individually handmade to fit the broken porcelain. By owning this box, you now own a piece of history."
I am not an expert in antiquities and cannot verify the above information.
If the description is correct, the tile is antique whereas the box is not.
