Description
Edwardian Classical sterling silver coffee and tea set. Made by Wm. B. Durgin Co. in Concord, New Hampshire, ca 1910. This set comprises 5 pieces: Coffeepot, teapot, creamer, sugar, and waste. Each: Fluid serpentine oval form with curved and tapering body on same stepped foot. S-scroll handles capped and high-looping. Covers domed with flange finial (pot covers hinged). Fully marked including maker's and retailer's (The Ford Co.) stamps, and no. 1822.Dimensions: Coffeepot: H 10 x W 11 1/2 x D 4 7/8 in. Teapot: H 9 1/2 x W 11 x D 5 in.
