Scout AI and Nabot AI are educational robots with coding interface, AI and object detection, and autonomous driving. These products have so much potential but we need to focus on more serious application of our AI technology.
We have sold around K on Amazon with a profit margin around 30%. We also sold K on Kickstarter. We expect this to skyrocket as we add Nabot AI to Amazon and approach the Christmas shopping season. Also, we are a couple of engineers and we have not done a good job on marketing. That is why we think this product can sell much better. You can even put this product on the shelves at Walmart, Target, etc.
The inventory is ready to be shipped. We have an inventory of 1700 units of Nabot AI and 2000 units of Scout AI that worth around 0,000 retail price.
To the future owner:
I would do a better marketing. I would target schools via ad and email campaigns. We never tried that.
Our Story:
We are a couple of PhD researchers passionate about AI and robotics. We developed an AI software for autonomous robots. We integrated this software on two toy robots and made them educational. These educational robots are only a part of our business.
Why we are selling:
We want to move on from the educational market and focus on the B2B AI software we have been working on. Our investors recommend that our AI technology is a good fit in commercial applications and they are right. Also, we do not have enough cash to pay the suppliers. Therefore, we want to sell the educational robots business to someone who can scale it and we focus on the B2B SaaS model.
