Important rare early to mid 19th century Chinese file and stationary divided box. Beautiful antique found at an estate sale. Hand made, hand painted, with 3 original hand made nails. The bottom is signed. On front and back, decorations are in raised relief. The bottom edge has hand carved molding. It measures approximately 9 3/8" in height, approximately 11 3/4" in width, and approximately 5 1/4" in depth.  Only 3, maybe 4 of the original hand made nails remain. One piece of the bottom molding is missing from one end. Someone over the years has used glue to reattach one end of the box instead of having it properly repaired. All of the hand painting is in great shape. There are no cracks in the wood. There is a couple of light scratches. To properly ship this box, it will require what the post office deems an oversized box. This makes shipping expensive, but worth it. Returns are accepted only if I have not accurately described the item. Pictures are a part of the description. Pictures are not enhanced in any way and taken in natural sunlight. Feedback is a two way street. You leave feedback for me and I will leave feedback for you. International shipping is expensive. If you use a shipping agent, my liability ends when the package arrives at your agent's address and you agree to hold me harmless from that moment forward. #25-100
