Gorham "BUTTERCUP" Sterling Silver Coffee/Tea Set Monogram "N".  5 piece set.
Plus additional Wallace Sterling Silver "Violet"sugar cube tongs, monogram.
This Vintage set has been in our family since it was new.  Was given to us by "Great Aunt Helen".  We have never used it, and thought it should go to someone who would use it.
It is in Excellent/good condition.  The coffee pot must have had a fall as it has a small dent on the side and the top handle is slightly crooked.  Both, are not obvious and the dent could be fixed by someone who knows what they are doing.  All other pieces are in excellent condition with just slight scratches from use.
The hinge on both the coffee and teapot are tight and lids open and close correctly.  Each piece is marked on the base with the Gorham trademark stamp and "Sterling" with the individual piece model number.  All pieces have been recently polished, but still have some patina.
The sugar tongs are a different brand/maker and pattern.  Also in excellent condition.  You have to look closely to realize it is different than the rest.
