Descriptions:
PIN descriptions:
a. + (thin red line): power supply positive (connected to DC power supply positive)
b. - (thin black line): power supply negative (connected to DC power supply negative)
c. v (thin yellow line): positive of the tested power supply (connected to the positive pole of the power supply that needs to be tested)
d. Thick red line: to negative of the load
e. Thick black line: to negative of the tested power supply
Troubleshooting:
a. The voltage display is normal, while the current shows 0.00 or 0.0
Make sure that the thick black wire is connected to the negative pole of the battery and the thick red wire is connected to the negative pole of the load. (Note that the discharging wiring is not the same as charging wiring, see the final concept of load and power). (Original imported chip is used in the meter. Very strict test and calibration have been carried out. 100% no quality problem Guarantee before leaving factories. In case of current display 0, it is mostly due to incorrect wiring, please check wiring carefully.)
b. Incorrect current display
If it is directly powered or the independent power supply is co-located to ground with the equipment power supply, just  disconnect the thin black line and it can be accurate.
c. No display after being connected to power supply
Any AC power that has been rectified must be filtered by an electrolytic capacitor of 1000uF or more to supply power to the meter.
d. Determine whether the meter works normally or not (the following are the two cases of meters that work normally)
With a shunt not connected, connect the thin red line and the thin black line to the power supply, a 0-10A meter displays 10.0~19.9A, and a 0-100A meter displays 100~109A;
With a shunt connected, connect the thin red line and the thin black line to the power supply, a 0-10A meter displays 0.00A, and a 0-100A meter displays 0.0A;
e. Other notes:
The current can only be measured in the negative pole of the power supply and the negative pole of the load.
Voltage range: The power supply voltage range of a 5-wire meter is DC 4~28V, that is, the voltage of the thin red line cannot exceed 28V.
f. About the concept of load and power:
When discharging: battery, switch power supply, and transformer are the power supplies. Resistors, lamps, motors, and devices that use electricity are loads.
When charging: charger, generator, solar energy are the power supplies. Rechargeable battery, battery are the loads.

Notice:
Regardless of whether the measured current is less than 10A, a 0-10A meter  must be connected to a shunt to measure the current! Otherwise the meter will be burned out.
