These oils sell fast. I try to keep up with inventory, but, on occasion we do run out of some fragrances. If you order a fragrance no longer in stock, I will email you with the option of an alternate fragrance or you may wait for your fragrance to be restocked. Also, If you need more than the amount shown for your favorite fragrance, send a message & ask. Sometimes I have more available than is listed.
*NOTE* Some of these may be of a slightly different label. They are the same high quality oils you are used to. Some will be Indy Aroma & some will be Our Own Candle Company. Any questions, Please send message.
Shipping is .50 for the first bottle & .00 for each additional bottle. If ordering several of one fragrance, shipping discount will calculate automatically. If ordering several different fragrances, you must request an invoice before paying to receive the shipping discount.
In many cases we can include these with other items for little or no additional shipping charges.
Remember to email me with order to get actual shipping quote before purchase. Also. If would like large quantities, ask for discounted price before ordering.
Paypal only. Payment expected within 1 day on "Buy It Now". If purchasing more than 1 item from my store, wait for invoice for total shipping fees. We are more than willing to combine shipping to save you money.
Most packages are sent through U.S.P.S first class. Larger quantity orders will ship Parcel Post or Priority. Your order will ship out within 1 business day after you place it. Delivery date will be 1-7 days, depending on your location. The day it ships we send you the tracking number. Ships to continental United States only. No Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Damaged Goods Policy: Once an order has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility of the package(s). If you receive a package with apparent damage, you must note this with shipping carrier at time of delivery. We are not responsible for any packages lost, late or damaged during transit to its delivery destination. For all damaged in shipment items, we require at the minimal a picture showing the damage to the item. In the event of damage we must be notified within three (3) days upon receipt of the item. UPS insures all small package shipments for 0.00 automatically. We would be happy to send replacement items to you as soon as possible without the hassle of waiting on shipping times. However, you may return damaged items to us in some fashion so that you do not have broken merchandise sitting about your home. We are happy to file the claims on our end so that you don't have to worry about any of the paperwork. Defective Merchandise: Any items ordered from us that exhibit manufacturer defects must be reported within three (3) days of the delivery date of the item. For all defective items, we require at the minimal a picture showing the defective item. If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, you must contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date of the item. The item will be replaced or refunded upon return of the original item. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Any items that are damaged due to customer miss-use, not understanding how to properly work the item, or buyers remorse are not returnable as this does not constitute a defective product. Batteries that come with an item are not covered against defects. Non Defective Merchandise: Non defective items can be returned provided you contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item(s) and: - Customer pays shipping costs on the returned item - Item is in original condition with all original packaging intact - Item is in resalable condition with all original pieces/parts intact - Original shipping charges are not refundable. Your refund would be reduced by original shipping charges. Returned items that do not meet the above criteria will be refused and returned to the customer postage due.
