exact item shown - I've replaced the cord (the plug was bad) and serviced the motor (it had an intermittant connection in a field coil winding).  After servicing the motor, I ran it for 15 minutes on my desk, and then another 1/2 hour after reassembly, it does get hot but they all do.  There is a photo copy of a price list and a discussion of this tool included, as well as the case.  You get exactly what is shown.
