This is a Lot of 2 Safety Line Inc. Kilo-Voltmeter Phasing Voltmeter 0-15kV # DCT15050 w/ HV Probes.
We are confident that these two units work, as they are excess inventory of SDG&E company in San Diego. However, one voltmeter appears to have had some epoxy-like adhesive that seems to have been applied to stick a probe to its meter. Since we are not experts on HV voltmeters, we could be mistaken; we took high-res pictures so that the professional lineman considering these two instuments can assess for himself the nature and purpose of the adhesive substance.
