    A sterling silver Mappin & Webb tea service, circa 1920.
    Four-piece set features an Art Deco design with braided edging and bands of arches accenting the body. Includes a tea pot, coffee pot, creamer and sugar bowl.
    Each piece is marked with the sterling silver hallmark for Mappin & Webb (M & W), Sheffield, England mark and sterling standard mark, along with 1927 date mark. The bases are marked “Mappin & Webb Ltd. Sheffield London Rd 735738.”
    Coffee pot 10"t x 7 3/4"w, tea pot 7"t x 9 3/4"w, creamer 5"t x 4 1/2"w, sugar 4"t x 5 3/4"w.  All measures include finials and handles.
    Sterling weight, is 47.500 ozt.
    Excellent condition from estate. Normal age wear.
