    Description

    One Sterling Silver Floral overlay designed to accentuate the features and breath new life into your average crystal bowl. Made by the Merrill Shops between 1893 - 1931 in New York, this company specialized in small quality works and custom designs. This piece is stamped with makers mark (appearing to be a small dragon), Sterling, and the numbers "103".

    Imperfections:
    Light Scratches, Scuffs, Tarnish, Slight bent piece near one handle more noticeable when in crystal bowl.
    Also included in this purchase is one square 6" diameter, 3" tall crystal bowl. This crystal bowl features a star designed bottom and some very interesting (shoddy) repair work. It appears that the bowl was damaged and cracked at one time and then repaired with glue and what appears to be thin metal bars from a heavy duty stapler. It is chipped near the top and is only included in this purchase at your convenience if you decide you want it. Research to find a replacement bowl is ongoing.
