    Mid-1840's Attractive Lady-1/6th Plate Daguerreotype-Full Case-Very Nice!!!. Spine has been repaired with a piece of black leather, not by myself. Selling this as I bought it. Purple silk pad is in excellent condition. Daguerreotype photo is flawless, no scratches or wipes. Case opens, closes and latches perfectly. Latch is tight. I have never taken daguerreotype out of the case, so I don't know about the seals. Shipped with Priority Mail in a strong, sturdy box and packaged with the utmost care.
