These originally had ribbon hangers, but the ribbons were frayed and have been removed.You can either replace the ribbon or use traditional hangers.  The rectangular frames measure 11.5" x 9.5" x 1" and the square frame is 9" x 9" x 1".  The gorgeous printed silk robes are mounted on a silk background and framed in wood.  They show the value of costume to an ancient and storied culture.  The backs of the frames are black velvet.  Pictures will never show how gorgeous these are - it's so difficult to get good photos of items under glass.
