Please Me Help Identify This Vintage Mystery Triangular Lapel Pin, '85, Chinese

Description

This lapel pin is in nice vintage condition.
Since I am not sure what this is, I guessed at the category.  If anyone has any information about it, I would appreciate hearing from you.
Featuring two loops and a dot, this triangular lapel pin measures
about 3/4"
along an edge and has what I think are
Chinese characters and '85
on the back
.
The pin has a blunt (not pointed) threaded post.  A dime has been placed solely for size comparisons.
