I do not believe in lower pricing just to make up the difference on Shipping & Handling Charges. We usually use actual calculated U.S.P.S. 2-3 Day Priority Shipping plus a modest .00 Handling fee for packaging & materials. If item weighs 13oz. or less, First Class Mail will be used. We feel this is the fastest & safest way to ship & is usually only pennies more than snail mail.
Refunds are possible up to 14 days after recieving item under the following circumstances. I try to describe my items as accurately as possible through pictures & description. If you feel item is not as described, Please email me. Returned merchandise must be in original container & condition when shipped. Return shipping is at buyers expense. Positively no refunds on shipping charges!
