    Offering this Quarter Plate Daguerreotype of a Young Girl with Her Doll.  The girl is wearing pre-Civil War hair and dress.  The piece features hand colored pink tinting on her cheeks and gold tinting on her locket. Please see photograph in listing with negative image when the frame is held at an angle to signify that this is a daguerreotype. The piece is in a single sided leather frame with missing front.  3 1/4 x 4 1/4" measurements.
