  • Condition: Beautifully rendered, this small 3 cups sterling silver coffee/tea pot is simple in its pear shaped form with some condition issues, particularly the US nickel coin size dent in the bottom half of the pot plus an additional ding just to the right slightly above that dent. The crowning finial of the lid is slightly pushed downward. Has a "JSN" monogram. (See pix #s 3, 5, 6) Suspect an experienced silversmith can remedy those issues. This is a solid sturdy piece in need of a polishing due to the obvious tarnish. All being left as is.

    pear shaped

    Its beauty lies in that simplicity; enhanced by its' distinctive ornamental handle, accented with 2

    ring pieces that encircle the handle. Immediately above and below each bone ring is a
    bead drop
    , on both the left and right sides of the handle. On the opposite side from the handle, the pot's long neck spout is simpler in design with a plain smooth surface like that of the pot and a single
