Condition: excellent; Rare. (Missing holding pin of tea pot top; will apply a 0 credit if sold before I can find a silversmith to replace it)
Pattern: Chrysanthemum pattern was Designed by Charles T. Grosjean in 1880; most popular and desirable Tiffany pattern.
Material: Sterling Silver; waste bowl and cream inside lined/gilt.
Provenance: purchased from a Greenwich Connecticut estate. items all marked January 19th, 1891.
Marked: "M"(Ed Moore, 1848-1891), "Tiffany & Co, 5960 Maker 2720, Sterling Silver", and content size: Coffee pot 3 1/2 pints; teapot 3 pints 8 cups; cream 5 gills; sugar 1 3/4 pints, and waste bowl 2 pints.
Monogram: beautiful script drawing of "RAC" (please see photo 10),
Size: Coffee pot 10" tall; 9" wide.
