Re: Returns ~ I have been an eBay member for 23 years &
"Premium"
Seller for the past 11 years (on another account). I voluntarily relinquished this esteemed title/position on 7-28-19 in order to protect myself from the "Bottom-feeder buyers & Scammers" who are protected by eBay's "Automatic Returns Policy". I earn my meager living selling here & refuse to continue being the "Rental Store" (buy it & try it for 29 days) that current policy
promotes
.
I firmly believe in the "Golden Rule" and will treat you fairly if you should encounter an issue with a purchase. With that said, I now handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If there is a problem with an item you purchase from me - let me know and we will work together to resolve whatever it is.
I really hate giving up my
STAR
by implementing a NO RETURNS policy....but I can't continue to "eat" shipping & return fees due to trivial excuses like "
changed my mind
" or "don't need it now".
Sellers are the people who "pull the plow" (bring home the bacon) for eBay...and eBay doesn't care. The buyer is ALWAYS right - even when they are wrong.
You will notice this disclaimer is TWICE as long as my entire base listing...I felt it was time to add a seller's perspective to the big story book.
