For overseas shipments we use Post Office priority service. This may take about 7 days within Europe and 14 days within United States. If you would like to insure your parcel please ask for a quote.
We also provide insured courier service, which is more expensive and takes about 3-4 days within Europe and about 7 days within United States. If you prefer this method of shipment please ask for a quote.
We always combine postage and we do not apply any extra money on the top of the shipping cost.
We assist you until you receive the parcel, informing you of the day it was sent and providing you with the tracking number.
We believe that antiques are green and we are trying to be eco-friendly, therefore your purchase might be packed using recycled material. We believe it is much more important for the shipment to arrive safely than in a nice, fresh box.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
