"DAVIS DAIRY FARM" 1 Quart Cream Top Milk Bottle w/Era Cap
Hard to Beat this Old Bottle, Just has the Look!

Great Bottle with terrific graphics & original era cap.  Graphics in two colors black & orange.  Bottle reads "It Whips" at cream top, and DAVIS DAIRY FARM ANDERSON IND REGISTERED & has picture of young lady with cow.  And "Cream when YOU WANT IT!" & "THIS IS NOT A STORE BOTTLE" on other side.  It also has embossed lettering on the glass as best we can read ("REGISTERED PAT. DE S. 86037 mTc ONE QUART)  & the cap Has DAVIS DAIRY FARM and the classic 4 digit phone number 8569 & other as shown in pictures. We think this bottle is from the 1930's or early 1940's.
This bottle is in very nice condition with only moderate wear.  Please look over all pictures taken for your consideration and use zoom feature if needed to consider condition for yourself.  We did not notice anything of significance effecting item's appeal, just some general wear as noted above.
Prices vary greatly in these old bottles, so we are pricing what we feel is fair based on other sales.  We are far under some of the higher sales of a Davis Dairy Farm Bottles with Creamer ball top (1 without cap in 2017) but above some of the lesser conditioned  & plain ones.  Davis Dairy Farms was around from the 1930's to 1970's at least from our limited research.  They served Anderson Indiana a most immediate surrounding areas and may have been bought out by Prairie Farms as many of the the Midwest dairies were, but that is a guess.
