These are small size measuring approximately  1" to 1.25". Box measures approximately 3.5" x 2" x 1.75"
Baoding balls are usually used two at a time, with the balls touching, in a circular motion in your hand. This can
improve finger dexterity, range of motion, fine motor skills, and increase hand strength before or after an injury
.
The balls emit a soft chiming sound as they are rolled in the palm of your hand.  You can find several Youtube videos showing how they are used for relaxation and dexterity.

I ship items on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
(As I store inventory at 2 separate locations where I volunteer on alternate days, I sometimes need my 3 business day handling time to get your item to the USPS. Other times I am able to ship same or next day.)
I do my best and use recycled packing supplies whenever possible to ship at the lowest cost and pack items carefully so that they aren't damaged in transport.
