For sale is a signed antique Chinese paktong box with brass end plates, hand engraved with pictorial scene of a seated woman reading and calligraphy passage. Box measures 3 inches in height including the raised decoration, 3-1/4 inches in length, and 1-9/16 inches in width, being in excellent condition without damage or repairs with the slip lid fitting well. Both lid and body are marked on the underneath sides; China.
