We bought this tub as a
white
bathtub directly from Oceanstone. It has never been uncrated or used.
It is a beautiful, very impressive tub, but is unfortunately much more beige than white, which would not work for us.  They have since added the following disclaimer to their "white" description:
Please note that all Oceanstone's white color bathtubs and sinks have an off-white aggregate in the Terrazzo.
Unfortunately, Oceanstone would not accept the tub back unless we paid for the shipping charges to return this 550 lb. tub
and, even though the website states that shipping to the client is free, Oceanstone was going to subtract their charges for shipping it to us from our refund.
In the end, the fees to return it amounted to approx 1/2 - 2/3 the cost of the tub.
The tub is located at a storage warehouse in Miami and can be seen at anytime so that you can make absolutely certain, the tub is exactly what you want.  If you order instead directly from Oceanstone and the tub is not what you expected, they will accept a tub back if you are unhappy with it but will require you to pay for the
shipping both ways
.
