    NEW as in never used before, OLD as in shelf worn cases w/ a touch of dust.  (never noticed until photographed! will be dusted off before shipping)
    No date of issue known, but very likely when Mr Trotta was customizing bikes in Ft Lauderdale Florida.  The lighter is new as in never filled or used, old as in swap meet weary, dusty yet case is good, no cracks, easel displays the Zippo perfectly.  stylized bike graphic, colors, layers, cleverly designed logo.
