The instrument is a conductivity moisture meter specifically designed for measuring the water contain of most wood, bamboo, paper, wall, etc. And can test the current ambient temperature.
There has 4 wood species under the Wood Mode, which enable you to take accurate moisture measurements in the variety kinds of woods.
There also has Paper Mode to test moisture of cardboard, carton and paper, Wall Mode for testing sheetrock, wallboard, or other building materials.

1.7-inch Screen: Clearly digital display the measured moisture, ambient temperature, and the wood type designator.
4-wood Species Selectable: Including ABCD 4 measured wood groups(with approximately 50 species of woods) for you to select, enabling you to take accurate moisture measurements in the variety kinds of woods.
Ambient Temperature Meter: Can measure the environment temperature with 2 temperature units (℃ and ℉).
Data Hold Function: You can lock the measured data for conveniently checking and recording the moisture, the function is very practical.
Low Power Consumption & Auto-off Function: Just powered by 2pcs 1.5V AA batteries(NOT included), it will auto power off in 5 minutes if there is no operation to save power.
