USA Gerstner 052 oak machinist wood tool chest box

....This is a first quality USA made in Dayton Ohio..26 by 9 1/2 by 16 high..(1940's).no key..top latch on the Gerstner lock has been sawed off...leather handle has been taped...some damaged to the back bottom..has mirror frame but no mirror..has a few small paint spatter spots on top..
..............I'd rate felt at 3 of 10 with 10 being the best....felt is the original Gerstner green..has some stains and fading and wear.....the  bottom drawer has the   Gerstner label....all snaps  and lock are marked Gerstner ..2 snap springs are weak....  , Will  be shipped with foam packing to comply with UPS guidelines ... Connecticut and some other State buyers are required by law to pay sales tax. ...No returns on this..I clearly show what you are getting in the pictures.... Thanks!
