Vintage circa 1976 Fender Phaser.
A great sounding vintage phase shifter with a foot pad that controls the rate for on the fly adjustments.
Sounds fantastic with a super warm analog tone.
Has some signs of cosmetic wear, relatively light for a pedal this old.  Still works great and sounds great.
Pedal is exactly as pictured.
