    Description

    ANTIQUE CHINESE BOX
    This box is in rough shape, but I couldn't just leave it behind.  If nothing else the side handles are in good shape.
    The box is made of wood and bound in leather.  A lot of the outer layer of leather has peeled off and been lose.  Unfortunately most of a dragon and phoenix has been lost on the top of the box.  Box measures 11" long.  The top section of the front latch mechanism is missing.  The interior of the box is very dirty.  There are some sticky substances stuck on the inside of the top lid and the bottom of the box.  There is a penny stuck to the inside bottom of the box.
