Vintage Chinese carved wood plaque, likely a furniture or architectural remnant, age unknown.
Carved dimensional landscape scene with three figures, painted or lacquered, gilded...all now showing age with some loss of gilt, paint, etc. Patina commensurate with age.
Likely originally part of a
larger work, now can be re-incorporated into a larger installation, or hung on the wall on its own.
