    Description

    Quality craftsmanship & design to this vintage, authentic Chinese hand stitched, decorative mat. Highly detailed embroidery of Asian man in kimono in assorted colors set against a background of red-rust silk fabric. Assorted colorful silk fabrics finish it off. Back in mustard silk with original tag - Made in the People’s Republic of China. Slight mark from missing tag. Measures 7” diameter. Minor marks on front around inside perimeter near blue fabric - looks like dried glue - hardly noticeable. A few green threads loose but not torn. Rest of stitching in excellent condition. No rips, tears or snags to fabrics. A very lovely vintage textile!
