Vintage Kennedy Manufacturing Company (yes, the same company that builds high quality tool chests/boxes!) Small Parts Cabinet No. 4D Cabinet (made in Van Wert, Ohio USA).  Three of the drawers come complete with dividers (see pics).  These are stackable.  Measurements are approximately 6"Hx5.25"Wx8"D.
