  • Condition: The meter is untested. The needle seems to be in decent shape, moves "naturally bounces" when you lift/lower the meter. Externally the meter has wear and tear due to age and usage. Some numbers are written on the bottom with yellow marker or paint. The thumb screw knobs turn well. The glass is in decent shape, not broken, scratched or chipped that I could see. The leather side strap is in fair shape, with some wear. An external fuse was added to the device, see photos. There is some rattling inside, possibly a screw. Comes from a smoke and pet free home.
