This is for a cute old Birthday card.  Overall, I would say it is in really nice condition for the age of it.  Which someone did write a bit on the bottom front corner and there is a little crease on the actual corner.  I enlarged this area so you can hopefully see this.  Also the card is signed on the inside.  The card measures about 5 3/4 inches tall by 4 1/2 inches wide, before you open it up.  Please check the scans and bid accordingly.
