Lift and Turn trim kit includes a brass knob, a theft resistant brass stopper, a 2-hole metal overflow plate, a 1.25-Inch deep brass strainer body, a lift and turn "D" ring, two overflow plate screws, and #38101 adapter bushing. This kit was designed for heavy-duty use in hotels, motels, and rental properties. To open drain, lift stopper and turn; to close, turn stopper and push down.
