Crafted of base metal with silver plated finish.  Depicts a stylized penguin or bird in vase form.
Hallmarked on the base.
Maker: Weidlich Bros.

7” x 3 1/2"
There is wear to the plating in areas and could possibly use a better polishing job but still and cool and unique.
